Information that may be handled

The public consultation form collects a name, email address, and message. A submission may also include an optional reference to a Health Check follow-up. The Health Check can include contact and company context, answers, and a generated score, summary, and suggested next steps.

If you pursue a paid assessment, related Health Check or assessment information may be considered for the review included in the agreed scope. If a deployment enables site analytics, it may also use the browser value and page-load beacon described on the Privacy page.

Retention and requests

Information may remain in systems used to receive an inquiry, prepare assessment information, or support an agreed engagement. The length of time information is kept and any deletion or request process are not confirmed.
